Letting an experienced coach handle all of the decision making takes the guesswork and frustration out of the process, enabling you to concentrate on the other important areas of your life.

I take on limited numbers of 1 to 1 personal training clients. Options for a hybrid 1 to 1, and online approach also available.

- A completely individualised training and nutrition program. I don’t ever give out cookie cutter programs, so everything is customised to you.
- Unlimited access to me via email, with Skype/FaceTime/Google Hangouts on request.
- Continued adjustment and optimisation of your training program and nutrition based on progress.
- Analysis of exercise technique videos.
- Detailed program documentation including dietary guidelines, and lifestyle tips to help optimise your circadian rhythm.
- Supplement recommendations.
