My name is Steve, and I help take the myths, misunderstandings, and confusion out of nutrition by geeking out 24/7 so you don’t have to.
Having always had an appetite for science, I love to combine working with people and geeking out on nutrition, I get to spend all day helping others reach their goals through easy to follow and completely personalised nutrition and training plans.
Certified as a sports nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN) I’ve been working with real people who are hoping to look and feel better since 2008.
I’ve been a body composition expert for the past four years working in some of London’s most prolific gyms. At the moment I’m based at Physical Culture, London’s biggest hub for weightlifting and powerlifting; where, alongside personal training, I advise the some of the biggest and best with making weight for international Powerlifting competitions.
My coaching record aside, I now advise a complete myriad of clients, who are all looking to make gains through their training programmes and easy to follow nutritional values. I always put the real life of the client first, and understand the way to reach goals through practical and realistic programmes that make a tangible difference to how my clients look and feel.
This is why I don’t believe advice should be limited to the gym. You can read my blog anytime, and I love questions, as I’m passionate about the availability of knowledge. My members work with me online, on the phone, via whatsapp and face to face. Whatever works around their busy lives.
